Since we met in 2012, we started our boutique hotel dream by renting this beautiful building belonging to the Reha Necla Midilli Foundation in August 2020. Our aim was focus on tailor made guest experiences in a clean place in the warmth of a home and family.
Our priorities are to learn your habits and to be pro-active, offer healthy products with organic foods, apply sustainability and serve you with a smiling face.

Some of our hotel rules
- Check-in time 15:00, Check-out time 11:00
- Rooms are No Smoking. Smoking is allowed only rooms with Balcony. All rooms have smoke detectors.
- We have in-room breakfast service at the specific type of rooms.
- Room cleaning is given on request between 11:00 and 16:00. Housekeeping will not service without your request.
- 1 child is free of charge between 0-6 years old.
- 6+ age will be charged +400TL per person.
- Resepsition should be informed incase of Check-in request after 10pm.

- Private transfer from Airport or Izmir Bus Station (1.5~ hour),
- Foça minibus from Izmir bus station (2.5~ hours),
- Metro from the airport (Hatundere stop) > ESHOT-IZBAN (744) (3~ hour)
