​Preliminary reservation information
For your reservation to be valid
- Your contact information must be correct.
- A deposit is required for reservations made with the "Pay at the hotel" option. You will be contacted with the contact information provided and information about the reservation and deposit will be made.
- The number of people (children, if any) must be specified correctly.
- In "3-person rooms", the extra bed option is mandatory for children aged 6 and over. Otherwise, the fee will be charged by us (500TL per night)

 

Cancellation and refund
- The deposit or accommodation fee is refunded up to 7 days before your check-in date. There is no chance of cancellation if the reservation date is closer.
- The remaining fee cannot be refunded for check-outs made before the check-out date during the accommodation. - If you need to cancel within 7 days due to force majeure, you can apply with the necessary documents (report if sick, etc.).

 

If a situation different from the reservation information is encountered during check-in (age, number of extra people, extra bed not marked, deposit not paid, etc.), your reservation may be canceled or an extra fee may be charged.

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. In rooms with balconies, smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Guests of rooms without balconies can use our cafeteria.
