We opened our Midilli Konak Boutique Hotel in August 2020. Our goal was to offer personalized service in a clean environment with the warmth of a home and family. Our priorities are to learn your habits and be proactive, to offer healthy products with organic food produced in surrounding villages, to implement sustainability (we generate our own electricity and drinking water), and to serve you with a smile.

Hotel rules:
- Check-in time 14:00, Check-out time 11:00
- Rooms are No Smoking. Smoking is allowed only rooms with Balcony. All rooms have smoke detectors.
- We have in-room breakfast service at the specific type of rooms.
- Room cleaning is given on request between 11:00 and 15:00. Housekeeping will not service without your request.
- 1 child is free of charge between 0-5 years old.
- 6+ age will be charged +500TL per person.
- Resepsition should be informed incase of Check-in request after 10pm.

- Private transfer from Airport or Izmir Bus Station (1.5~ hours),
- Foça minibus from Izmir bus station (2.5~ hours),
- Metro from the airport (Hatundere stop) > ESHOT-IZBAN (744) (3~ hours)
